Hola Mis Amores,

How’s your spirit today?

Earlier this week I released an episode of the podcast, focused on healing from divorce. During that conversation with my guest, Kelly Augustine, we talked a lot about honesty and why we struggle with it when it comes to ourselves and others.

After releasing the episode I realized that we don’t discuss honesty enough, particularly uncomfortable honesty.

Why?

Because, Growth.

We’ve all felt the need to run away from our reality and avoid it at all costs because of fear. Fear of what we may find, how it will manifest in our lives, and how it will make us feel.

As a result, we live our lives feeling not in control, stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated and unhappy.

That’s why today I’m sharing 3 reasons why you’re not honest with yourself and what you can do to fix it.

If you’re ready to begin to know yourself and accept yourself for who you and not for what you think you need to be, this video is for you.

Here’s what we cover:

  • The 3 reasons why you’re not uncomfortably honest with yourself.
    1. Pain
    2. Discomfort
    3. Fear
  • What does it mean to be uncomfortably honest?
  • How being uncomfortably honest can help you take back the control in your life.
  • The number one question you have to ask yourself to practice uncomfortable honesty starting right now.
    1. What can this situation teach me about myself right now?

Hasta Luego!

Hola Mis Amores,

How’s your spirit today?

Earlier this week I was chatting with one of my clients, and she shared with me that she was using a tool from the course to deal with a difficult situation.

After I was done talking to her, I started thinking about the tool she was referencing and why it was so important to include it in the program. Then, I realized that everyone should have this tool whether they work with me or not.

Why?

Because, Healing.

We’ve all felt stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated and felt rejected at some point in our lives before. Imagine how different your life would be if you had a tool that helped you navigate through those emotions so you can release them once they no longer serve you.

That’s why today I’m giving you this tool for free.

Whenever you’re dealing with any emotion that controls you and robs your of your joy or peace of mind, ask yourself the five questions below.

Here’s what we cover:

  • The 5 questions you need to ask yourself right now.
    1. How do I feel about this situation?
    2. Why do I feel this way about this situation?
    3. Where did I learn to feel this way about these type of situations?
    4. What can I do about this situation?
    5. What can this situation teach me about myself?
  • How these simple questions have the power to help you monitor your patterns, get to the root of your emotions and get to know yourself so you can become the woman you want to be.
  • How to utilize these questions in your life every day.
