Over the past two years, I’ve dedicated myself to getting to the root of a lot of my unhealthy habits.
After reading almost 100 books, I’ve paid close attention to what doesn’t change.
One of the messages that have remained constant in over 80% of the books I’ve read is:
You have to be fully present.
For a while, I didn’t understand what that meant.
But I kept reading.
Eckhart Tolle and Don Miguel Ruiz are two of the authors who I think break it down in a way that I can understand.
I finally feel like I have a clear definition of “being fully present.”
I am not claiming it is right or better than anything you’ve read.
It is the definition that connects with me, and it might connect with you too!
