Pre-heat the over to 350 degrees
Cut your plantain vertically in pieces that are about 1/2 an inch wide and place them in a bowl
Add two teaspoons of coconut oil
Season to taste with your seasoning and crushed red peppers (I love spicy food, you do not have to use those).
Mix your ingredients in a bowl!
Place your plantains in the over and let them cook for 20 minutes, then turn them around and let them cook for another 10 – 15 minutes.
Note: If you like your plantain chips crispy leave them in the oven for longer, make sure they do not burn!
