Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil/Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Brush

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Start by cutting the tortillas into four equal pieces

  3. Add your oil to small container and mix it with your sea salt, crushed red peppers, and ground cumin

  4. Brush both sides of the tortilla with the oil and place them on a baking sheet

  5. Bake the tortillas until they are crispy (lightly brown), and rotate them after 10 minutes for another 5 - 10 minutes.
