Pre-heat the over to 350 degrees
Cut your plantain into long thin strips and place them on a baking sheet using parchment paper
Add all your seasonings to a small bowl and mix them together
Use a brush to add your mix to the plantain fries
Place your plantains in the oven and let them cook for 20 minutes, then turn them around and let them cook for another 10 – 15 minutes.
Note: If you like your plantain chips crispy leave them in the oven for longer, make sure they do not burn!
